For orders settled via direct UK bank account transfer (BACS), payment instructions and unique invoice references are issued at checkout. Funds must clear into our account within three business days before readings or appointments are confirmed.

Service Delivery & Digital Fulfillment

Cancellations & Refund Rights

Guides are dispatched via encrypted email within seven business days of cleared payment. Scheduled readings occur at designated GMT appointment slots.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you maintain a 14-day cancellation window for unfulfilled bookings. Personalised astrological charts and completed spiritual readings are exempt from refunds once fulfilled.
